Yoga Mix
March 8 – Sandy
Join Sandy for a mix of yoga poses designed to bring balance
to your weekend. Some posture flows to music will be included. Suitable
for all levels.
Yoga for Men
March 15 - Cathy and Jim MacBain
In an upbeat and supportive setting, practice basic yoga stretches to
lengthen muscles and loosen tight areas. Learn about the benefits of
a regular stretching practice from a long-time male yoga practitioner.
Poses will also be geared toward certain sports - especially golf, but
also whatever the class requests. No prior yoga experience needed.
Meditation for Yogis
March 29 – Dorothy Ann
Experience meditation practice as it grows out of and complements our
practice of the postures. Learn how breath, sense control, concentration,
and meditation enrich our time in asana practice as well as all the
hours of our life off the mat. We will be combining our sitting practice
with yoga stretches and warm-ups. All levels.
Yin/Yang Yoga
April 5 - with Cathy
Experience a quiet practice of longer holds in specific floor
poses. Yin style yoga stretches are designed to lengthen connective
tissue and open the hips for greater ease of sitting or moving. The
“Yin” stretches will be followed by a short period of more dynamic “Yang”
postures. Some prior yoga experience is suggested.
Yoga and the Divine Feminine

Come discover your inner Goddess! Through yoga poses and flowing sequences
we will connect with the Feminine Divine that dwells in all of us, discovering
an increased sense of intuition, confidence, and joy. Some previous
yoga experience required.
