Level 2
Level 2 students are committed to yoga. They are not necessarily advanced
yoga students, but they have been practicing for a while, are regular
in their class attendance, and have been in class long enough to know
their bodies and be aware of their limits. Level 2 poses are more complex,
and so require more personal body knowledge along with background in the
postures. Inversions are taught and practiced regularly. Posture flows
are almost always a part of the class, as well as instruction in yoga
breathing techniques. Yoga philosophy may be offered more regularly in
Level 2 classes.
