Level 1

This is the best place to start yoga. Beginning yoga poses are learned and practiced under the experienced eye of the instructor. Students who have gained familiarity with yoga through yoga videos, still find it very helpful to take a Level 1 class to receive real-time feedback and instruction in this new way of moving. In Level 1, the pace starts slow and builds as the students gain familiarity and flexibility. Simple posture flows may be introduced at some point. Students who are not necessarily beginners may also choose Level 1, favoring the gentle pace and focus on basics.
