Better Backs NEW CLASS!
Through the lens of a balanced yoga practice, this class offers yoga
poses that will stretch and strengthen the entire back. The pathway to
an easy and more natural posture will also be explored.
Every class at Inward Bound addresses the health of the spine, but this
class will also include specific poses, alignment guidelines, and anatomical
information geared toward gaining and keeping a better back! If you have
occasional back discomfort, this class will be fine for you. If you have
a chronic back condition, please make sure your doctor gives you permission
to take a yoga class. This class is open to all levels, and you do not
need a back condition in order to qualify!
